I recently stayed at Casa Villa Colonial in Getsemani for a few days and had a great experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the clock tower and fort. The staff, especially Laura, was amazing - always cheerful and friendly. The room was basic, but had a strong AC. The hotel is also close to the airport and other important attractions, making it convenient for travelers.
Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located in Getsemaní, the walled old town is only a few minutes walk away. My room had a sufficient size, cleanliness in the whole hotel was excellent. The pool on the roof was a pleasure after a day in the heat of Cartagena. Very friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast was sufficient, but could use a little more variety. Since there is no shade on the sun terrace, a few parasols would be nice
